Founder’s Note

My nephew’s therapy journey inspired all of this. We understand what families search for — and how to help them find you.

A website is not finished at launch. Fees change, a clinician joins, a new group starts on Thursdays, and the software underneath gets updates. A care plan is a monthly arrangement in which we make those changes for you, keep the site fast, secure and backed up, and tell you in plain English what was done. You email; it is handled.

  • Edits done for you
  • New pages when needed
  • Software kept updated
  • Every version backed up
  • Forms and booking checked
  • Kept fast on phones
  • Security handled for you
  • Cancel any month
  • Edits, done by us:

A new fee, a changed opening hour, a clinician’s photo, a page for a new group: send it by email and it is live, usually by your next morning.

  • Kept updated and backed up:

The framework under the site gets releases; we apply them, test the site and redeploy. Every version is kept, so nothing done can be undone by accident.

  • Checked, not just left running:

We check that the forms send, the booking link books and the pages still load fast on a phone, because the day you notice something is broken is usually the day a client did first.

What we do

Three things a care plan takes off your desk

Send the change. It is live by your next morning.

A new fee, a changed hour, a clinician joining, a group ending. Email what has changed and we make the edit, check it on a phone and a desktop, and publish it. Usually before your first session.

  • Text, photos, fees, hours
  • New pages when needed
  • Checked before publishing
  • A note when it is done

What’s included

Everything that comes with Website Care Plans, in the order we build it.

Text, photos, fees, hours, a new team member, a retired service. Email what has changed and we make the edit. Small changes are done by your next morning; larger ones get a date when you send them.

Why choose us

Care from the people who built the site

Hands writing in a notebook at a desk
  • Only therapists, every project

We know what a fee page and an intake form have to get right, and we never need it explained.

  • Done while you sleep

A change sent after your last session is usually live before your first one.

  • Plain English, always

No ticket numbers, no changelogs. A sentence about what changed, and when.

  • Nothing to break in to

No admin login for you to protect and no plugin left unpatched; the site stays static and safe.

Technology

What we keep up to date

  • Next.js: The framework every site is built on
  • GitHub: Every change versioned and reviewable
  • Cloudflare Pages: Global hosting, fast everywhere

Our process

How a change gets made

A sentence is enough: the new fee, the new hours, the clinician who has joined. Attach a photo if there is one. No form, no portal, no ticket.

Testimonials

What therapists say

The practices we look after are small and busy, so we ask for a sentence, not an essay. Here is what they said.

“They just got it. I explained my practice once and they built something that sounds like me. Zero tech headaches on my end.”
